What Sirio is

A native desktop app that runs several AI coding agents side by side, one terminal per git worktree.

Sirio is a desktop application for people who run more than one AI coding agent at a time. It gives each project a sidebar entry, each git worktree of that project a row, and each row a terminal running one of Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Pi or Oh-My-Pi. The sidebar tells you which agent is working, which is idle and which is waiting for you.

It is written in Rust on gpui, the UI framework behind Zed, with a terminal built on libghostty-vt. There is no Electron and no webview in the shell. It runs on macOS, Linux and Windows; macOS is the reference platform and gates every release.

What it is not

Sirio is a terminal and agent hub: a good window for the CLIs you already use, plus a control socket so those CLIs can drive each other. It does not write code for you, schedule work or proxy your agents through a server, and it is not an IDE.

Where to go next

  • Install: what ships per platform, and how to build from source until then.
  • Your first project: add a repository, open a worktree, launch an agent.
