This notice covers the website at sirioai.app: what data moves when you visit, who handles it, and the rights you hold over it.

Who is responsible
Enzo Palmisano, based in Italy, runs this website and acts as its data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Write to enzopalmisano.pvt@gmail.com with any question or request about your data.
What the site stores on your device
Nothing. The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's storage. EU law asks a site for your consent before it stores or reads something on your device that it does not strictly need; this site stores nothing, so it has nothing to ask, and you see no cookie banner.
Every font, image and script comes from sirioai.app itself, and the site's security policy stops your browser from contacting any other server while you read. The site runs no analytics of its own either.
What happens when you visit
Cloudflare hosts the site on Cloudflare Pages and acts as my processor. To deliver a page, Cloudflare's servers receive what every web request carries: your IP address, the page you ask for, the time, and the user agent and referrer your browser sends. Cloudflare uses this data to serve the page and to shield the site from abuse and attacks.
Cloudflare also asks your browser to report failed connections through Network Error Logging. Your browser sends such a report only when a request fails, and it carries the same kind of technical data.
I combine this data with nothing else and never try to find out who you are from it. The legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): a website cannot reach you without handling your IP address, and it has to protect itself from attacks. Cloudflare keeps request data only for the limited periods its privacy policy describes.
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare runs a global network, so your request may reach a Cloudflare server outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare takes part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and its Data Processing Addendum includes the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses; together they provide the safeguards the GDPR requires for these transfers.
Downloads and links to GitHub
The download buttons, the release notes and the source code live on GitHub. When you follow one of those links you leave this site, and GitHub's privacy statement applies from then on.
Your rights
The GDPR gives you the right to see your personal data, to correct, erase or restrict it, and to object to its processing. Write to the address above to use any of them, and I will answer within one month. I hold no data that names you, so a request may well find nothing to return.
If you believe I handle your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority where you live or work, or with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Visitors outside the EU
The site treats every visitor the same way, wherever you connect from, so this notice applies to you in full. In the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the UK GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection give you the rights described above. In California, the site sells no personal information and shares none for cross-context behavioural advertising, so it has no opt-out to offer, and it honours a Global Privacy Control signal by default because it tracks nothing. Visitors in Brazil, Canada and anywhere else can write to the same address with any request.
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the site ever adds analytics or anything else that needs your consent, this page will say so first, and the site will ask for your consent before any of it runs.
